We don't outsource any aspect of building your custom reptile cage! Unlike some companies, when we take your reptile cage order we oversee every step of completing it, from purchasing and cutting your plastic, to welding the last weld until we package your reptile cage, put it on a skid and ship it out the door!
Monster Cages are made from ¼" Polypropylene. Polypropylene is a petroleum industry by-product which has excellent strength and is very resistant to abrasion. It is light in weight with a specific gravity of 0.90 and, therefore, will float on water.
- Excellent resistance to most acids and alkalis.
- Good resistance to bleaches and solvents.
- Not attacked by mildew.
- Good resistance to aging, indirect sunlight, and abrasion.
Polypropylene is an FDA approved component, and can be used in food processing applications. This is self-extinguishing material with a melting temperature of 325-350 degrees F so you don't have to worry about a fire hazard.
