Ordering Your Reptile Cages

We oversee every aspect of building your cages from purchasing and cutting your plastic to welding the last weld and/or tightening the last screw. Then we personally overwrap your reptile cages and load them on a skid. Since cages are built on a "first come-first served" basis, our current turn around time is four to six weeks.

Because our goal is to provide you with the exact cages that you want, at this time we have no in-stock reptile cages.

Although we offer some payment alternatives, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of your order, your cages and/or rack systems need to be pre-paid before manufacturing begins. Additionally, unless otherwise agreed at the time of your order, all deposits are non-refundable.

We provide a number of payment options for your convenience.

1. Monster Cages maintains a PayPal business account for your convenience. Through this account we are also able to accept bank transfers and credit card transactions even if you don't have a PayPal account of your own. PayPal is the preferred payment method.
   We use PayPal for the completion of secure transactions for our products and services. Although we collect names, shipping addresses, and email addresses for shipping and transaction completion purposes, all financial information, such as credit card numbers, is collected by PayPal.
2. Monster Cages also accepts payment through mailed money order, and cashier's (bank) check. However, your order will not be processed until after your payment has cleared through your bank, which will add 7 to 14 days to completing your order.

We contact you when your reptile cages are complete and ready to be shipped.

We understand that sometimes you may need to delay shipping. Yet, shipping arrangements must be made within 30 days of your order completion.

If you are unable to accept delivery within 30 days, you will need to notify us and make other arrangements to avoid storage fees. Our reptile cages storage fee is 2% of your total order after thirty days (e.g. $10.00 per month on a $500.00 cage order).

Please Note: If you fail to arrange shipping within ninety-days of completion of your order, Monster Cages reserves the right to resell your reptile cage(s) or rack systems to another buyer.

You may arrange your own shipping if you wish, but usually you'll find that our shipping volume will save you money when we arrange for shipping. All shipping is best available ground, two to seven days depending upon your location. At the time of shipping you will be notified and given tracking information, if desired.

All reptile cages shipments are insured.

Please check all packaging and contents for damage immediately upon receipt of your reptile cages, since the driver needs to be notified of any damage at the time of delivery. In case of shortages with your shipment (parts missing), Monster Cages needs to be notified immediately.

In case of damage, we'll assist you in resolving the problem in a timely fashion. However it is your responsibility to initiate the claim.
