All live animal sales are subject to the following terms:
- All snake prices listed are in US dollars unless specifically noted otherwise, and do not include shipping fees.
- All snakes are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, feeding and healthy, and accurately match any description and/or pictures sent to you prior to shipping, unless previously discussed and agreed upon by you and a Monster Cages representative.
- Please open shipping boxes and inspect all snakes immediately upon receipt. All guarantees on door-to-door shipments are void if no one is present to sign for the package.
- If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 4 hours of receipt of your snakes. We want you to be happy with the snakes you receive from Monster Cages. Please contact us to discuss credit or replacement on snakes with which you are dissatisfied (no cash refunds).
- In the event that you need to contact Monster Cages regarding any issues with snakes you receive from us, please call – do not e-mail! We get so many e-mails in the course of a day that we may not have a chance to address them all at once, thus we cannot always guarantee a fast e-mail turnaround.
- If you intend to pick up your snakes at our facility, you must call for pricing and to set up an appointment.
